In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the services offered by E2WebHosts, you may apply for a refund within 30 days of booking a hosting account. Please note you are entitled for a refund only if the services provided do not match the specifications you were informed at the time of placing your order. You will be provided a full refund of the amount paid minus any overages.
Account Cancellation
Account Cancellation(applicable when an account is more than 30 days old)
A hosting account may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period. All you need to do is to send an email with your account details to sales@e2webhosts.com. It might be noted here that a billing period already paid for can-not be refunded. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation mail from e2webhosts. Please back-up all your files before requesting for account cancellation.
In case you do not receive an email confirmation regarding cancellation within 24 hours of your request, we would request you to contact support@e2webhosts.com.
