PHPlist
Written in PHP with MySQL database, phpList is an open source mailing list
manager or newsletter manager. Free to download, install and use,
phpList is easy to integrate with any website. phpList runs on a web
server allowing administrators of websites to easily set up a web based
newsletter subscription system where users can subscribe to the desired
mailing list. Allowing emails to be sent out to a large number of
subscribers, phpList also allows email message templates to be set up.
It also allows the sending of personalized emails with attributes which
are particular to each subscriber.
