phpESP
An open source, easy-to-use software package, phpESP
is used to create, deploy and manage web surveys, gather results and
view statistics. Via a web interface, without any software to download,
you can design and manage surveys with phpESP. You can add standard
question types including text, radio buttons, check boxes and drop-down
lists with phpESP. phpESP also allows the addition of a matrix-style
question to rate multiple statements along a common numeric scale.
Quick implementation of relatively simple web surveys is intended by phpESP. A moderate control over the survey’s appearance is possible with phpESP through a combination of interface options and the use of cascading style sheets. Using SNAP survey software, web surveys containing more advanced features may be created.
In phpESP the response data is collected in a MySQL database which can be exported to a comma delimited file, which in turn can be analyzed by Excel, SAS or SPSS. A single designer or several designers within a shared group can administer surveys in phpESP.
