What is PHP Support Ticket?
A web-based customer relationship and support solution, PHP Support Ticket allows you to manage customer queries through a ticketing system. PHP Support Tickets features self-registering, emailing to admin, attachments and is a simple Support Tickets system. Written in PHP with MySQL as the database, PHP Support Ticket requires these on your server to get operated.

Core Features:
- Easy web based install script.
- 3 level users – admin, moderators and clients.
- Admin can post answers to any ticket.
- Moderators can be assigned to a specific department.
- All 3 types of users can post tickets to any department.
- Clients can post answers to their tickets only.
- Moderators can only see their tickets and tickets within their department.
- All tickets and answers can include 1 file attachment.
- Refresh button never creates duplicates of tickets or answers.
- Clients can self-register from the login screen.
- Pagination used on all pages.
- Database abstraction layer used and included with the distribution.
Email Features:
- Email notifications can be switched on and off by Admin users.
- Email notifications of new answers include a thread of all previous answers.
- Email notifications include: new tickets, answers, users and changes in ticket status.
- SMTP, Sendmail and PHP’s Mail() functions are supported.
- Emails are all plain text.
Admin Features:
- Admins can create, edit and delete departments.
- Admins can create new user accounts of all 3 types.
